These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all remote, off-site, and non-attended services provided by Soundmonk Studios LLC ("Soundmonk Studios," "we," "us," or "our") to any client, customer, or user ("Client," "you," or "your"). By engaging Soundmonk Studios for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

 

Soundmonk Studios provides audio services including mixing, mastering, audio editing, production assistance, and related creative services.  All projects are evaluated individually and are subject to approval before work begins.

2. Project Deposits

 

A 50% deposit is required before project work begins. Deposits secure project scheduling and are applied toward the total project cost.  Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Project Files

 

Clients are responsible for providing properly exported and organized audio files.  Projects submitted with missing files, excessive clipping, disorganized sessions, or significant preparation requirements may incur additional charges.

4.  Turnaround Times

 

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and may vary based on project scope, workload, revisions, and communication delays.  Soundmonk Studios will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant scheduling changes.  See Mixing & Mastering Disclaimer for more details.

5. Revisions

 

Mixing and mastering services include a limited number of revisions as specified during project approval. Revision requests should be submitted as a consolidated list whenever possible. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed separately.

6. Final Payment

 

Remaining balances are due upon project completion and prior to release of final deliverables. Final high-resolution files will be delivered after payment has been received in full.

7. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining backup copies of all project materials

• Verifying final approvals before release

• Securing all necessary rights and permissions related to submitted content

8. Portfolio Usage

 

Soundmonk Studios may showcase completed work for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to project completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

While every effort is made to maintain secure handling of project materials, Soundmonk Studios shall not be liable for loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Clients are encouraged to maintain independent backups of all project files.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Soundmonk Studios for services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
